We ship to all countries in North America, Central America, and South America. If you are outside of these areas, please visit our UK site: www.szblockprints.com
We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service. Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information through ViewPorts. Please use this portal to track the status of your order.

US Priority Delivery: Free
Canada Priority Delivery: $17.50 - $50.00
South/Central America Priority Shipping: $25.50 - $67.50

 * shipping rates are calculated by weight of order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges on all non-damaged items. Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of the order's arrival, and we accept exchanges within 28 days of the order's arrival. We cannot accept returns later than 28 days. All product must be returned undamaged, with tags still attached. For all returns and exchanges, please use the ViewPort platform. You can access the platform through your order confirmation email. 

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

SZ Blockprints will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with tags attached and with the original packaging. SZ Blockprints will not accept returns for any items that have been worn with the tags removed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually shows in your account within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@szblockprints.com.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not include any seasonal or welcome offer codes.
